It’s been two and a half years since PepsiCo spun off its Tropicana juice business into a joint venture with private equity firm PAI Partners in the middle of a global pandemic. That new entity, Tropicana Brands Group, has set an ambition to be “the undisputed global leader in chilled and fresh beverages.” The path has presented challenges.
