Coca-Cola Beverages Florida has promoted Scott McLaughlin to VP of planning – commercial operations, and Sally Forsyth to VP of strategic integration and analytics.

Target has added retired PepsiCo EVP and Chief Operations Officer Grace Puma to its board of directors.

Six former PepsiCo executives will publish a book next month drawn from their combined experience as women in business. You Should Smile More: How to Dismantle Gender Bias in the Workplace is described as empowering “women and men to unlock a culture of greatness in the workforce—one little thing at a time.” The executives are Dawn Hudson, Cie Nicholson, Mitzi Short, Katie Lacey, Lori Tauber Marcus, and Angelique Bellmer Krembs.

Recently hired by Grey Group as chief creative officer for global accounts, former 72and Sunny executive Laura Visco will also join Grey’s OpenX creative agency, which is being created for Coca-Cola to handle everything from Diet Coke to Sprite across 200 countries, according to Adweek.
