
New Age Beverages, run by former Cott CEO Brent Willis, has agreed to acquire Brands Within Reach (BWR), giving the company US rights to distribute Volvic spring water, Nestea ready-to-drink tea, and Evian (in the natural channel only). BWR was founded in 2003 by former Danone executive Olivier Sonnois, who will join New Age, according to a statement. Other beverage brands in the BWR portfolio include Illy ready-to-drink coffee (formerly distributed by Coca-Cola), Kusmi Tea and Saint-Géron sparkling water.
