Talking Rain has promoted Luke Fisher to CFO. He joined the maker of Sparkling Ice in 2013. His new role will include leadership over the company’s sustainability initiatives, according to a statement.

Former PepsiCo executive Gina Hardy has joined the Uber-owned alcohol delivery service Drizly as chief customer officer overseeing the company’s marketing operations.

Coca-Cola has named Evguenia “Jeny” Stoichkova as president of Global Ventures, which is responsible for globally scaling acquisitions and brands such as Costa Coffee and Coke’s investment in Monster Beverage. She starts in January and will report to President and CFO John Murphy. She currently serves as president of Coke’s Eurasia & Middle East operating unit. Sedef Salingan Sahin will succeed Stoichkova as the EMEA president, reporting to Chairman and CEO James Quincey. Sahin currently serves as president of the nutrition, juice, dairy and plant category for the company. Separately, Dusan Stojankic has been named president and GM of Coke’s Great Britain & Ireland business unit. He most recently was a VP of franchise leadership in Europe.
