With over 30 years of experience, Dan excels in enterprise modernization, operational excellence, and value creation through innovative strategies and advanced technology adoption.

Key Impact Highlights

• Digital Transformation & AI Leadership. As Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Altria, Dan led an 800-person team and managed a $400M budget to overhaul legacy systems, drive cost efficiencies, and scale enterprise-wide AI solutions. By launching an AI Center of Excellence and designing a company-wide AI training program for more than 1,000 employees—including the C-suite and Board—he raised digital capabilities across the organization. His initiatives produced over $600 million in cost savings in five years and positioned Altria as a digital-forward industry leader.
• Private Equity Value Creation. At Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Dan played a pivotal role as COO and Chief Financial & Technology Officer, driving operational independence and leading the company through a $1 billion+ private equity transaction. He built robust standalone systems, executed strategic cost reduction programs, and identified new growth opportunities that repositioned the company for global expansion.
• Growth Through Innovation & Market Expansion. Dan’s tenure at MillerCoors culminated as Chief Customer Officer, where he directed $3 billion in national sales and forged innovative partnerships with major sports and entertainment venues. He pioneered new product categories, spearheaded shopper-centric strategies, and captured significant new market leadership positions with top-tier retailers through data-driven initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
